Tiếng ViệtOn January 3, 2024, the kick-off ceremony for the Human Resource Management System Implementation Project at AGC Chemicals Vietnam Co., Ltd. (ACVN) was successfully held, marking the official start of the collaboration between ACVN and SiciX Technology.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of ACVN’s Board of Directors, SiciX Technology, and members of both companies’ project implementation teams.
AGC Chemicals Vietnam Co., Ltd. (ACVN), established in 2000, is a PVC manufacturer under the “ASNYL” brand and a leading caustic soda distributor in Vietnam. With the goal of centralizing, synchronizing, and updating data in real time to enhance operational efficiency in human resource management, ACVN has selected SiciX Technology as its consulting and implementation partner for the Human Resource Management (HRM) Solution.
The SiciX HRM Solution enables enterprises to manage their entire workforce through a scientific and standardized process, optimizing resource allocation and improving labor productivity. The system integrates real-time reporting and data collection tools, empowering managers to make timely and accurate decisions that drive organizational efficiency.
Leveraging its extensive experience in consulting and implementing digital transformation projects across various industries in Vietnam, SiciX Technology has been entrusted by ACVN to deploy the HRM solution over two phases, from January 2024 to April 2024, covering the following modules:
- Organizational structure management
- Employee information management
- Time attendance management
- Payroll management
- Employee self-service portal
- Integration with biometric time attendance devices
With a team of eight experienced professionals, SiciX Technology will collaborate closely with ACVN’s project implementation team to ensure the project’s progress, quality, and successful go-live according to schedule.
