In SiciX’s development philosophy, people and community have always been at the center. We believe that the success of a business is not only defined by technology or growth metrics, but also by the human values it creates along its path to sustainable development.
On November 1, 2025, the “Sharing to Connect 2025” program brought the SiciX volunteer team to Khe Cạn School — part of Cây Thị Primary School in Đồng Hỷ District, Thái Nguyên Province — a location heavily damaged by Typhoon No. 11.
This was more than a charitable trip; it was a journey of compassion, connection, and hope for the children in this mountainous area.
Khe Can School — Where the Traces of the Storm Remain on Classroom Walls
Khe Cạn is a remote village predominantly inhabited by the Dao ethnic community. After the floods, the scene at the school left a deep emotional impact on anyone who visited:
- Collapsed perimeter walls, missing windows and doors.
- Desks, cabinets, computers, and teaching equipment completely destroyed.
- Mud stains covering classroom walls, with water levels reaching up to three meters.
- Roads to the school remained landslide-prone, with some sections requiring makeshift bamboo bridges.
Amid those hardships, teachers continued teaching while repairing what they could. The children still came to class with bright smiles and eager eyes — a reminder of the resilience and optimism rooted in this community.
The Spirit of SiciX — When Compassion Becomes Collective Strength
The philosophy of “Think Simple & Success Together” is not only reflected in our work, but also in how SiciXers act toward the community: with sincerity, responsibility, and unity.
In this program, SiciX delivered:
- 100 gift sets including warm blankets, backpacks, and learning supplies for students.
- 05 new steel cabinets for storing school documents and equipment.
- Over 300 kg of donated items from SiciX employees: clothing, bedding, books, toys, and more.
- Small potted plants as gifts for the teachers — a wish for classrooms filled with color and hope.
Importantly, the program received contributions not only from SiciX employees but also from partners and individuals outside the company, making the initiative even more meaningful.
Every gift carried not just material support, but warmth, care, and encouragement from the SiciX community.
Core Values Reflected Through Meaningful Actions
The “Sharing to Connect 2025” initiative embodies the values that define SiciX:
- Responsibility
SiciX is committed to sustainable development, where technology serves people and communities. Social responsibility is not a slogan — it is tangible action.
- Companionship
We believe that to go far, we must go together. The unity of our employees, and the support from external contributors, formed the foundation of the program’s success.
- Humanity
Technology can change the world, but compassion makes it better. Each SiciXer carries this spirit in everything we do.
Connection — The Greatest Gift of the Journey
The trip delivered more than physical gifts to the children. It brought back to SiciXers:
- Stronger bonds among team members
- Pride in contributing to the community
- Heartfelt emotions from seeing the gratitude and hopeful smiles of the teachers and students
These are values that cannot be measured in numbers, yet they form some of the most precious assets of the SiciX collective.
Spreading Kindness — A Journey That Continues
SiciX will continue expanding community initiatives in the future, grounded in the belief that “Giving does not diminish us — it fills our hearts even more.”
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all SiciX employees, partners, and friends who joined us on this meaningful journey. Together, we are not only creating better products — we are contributing to a better society.
