With its growing scale of operations and expanding network, OPL Logistics has placed a strong focus on investing in technology solutions to improve business management and operational efficiency. Human resource management has been identified as one of the areas that needs to be standardized and digitalized to meet development requirements in the new phase. Centralizing data, standardizing processes, and establishing a centralized human resource data foundation will enable the company to improve operational efficiency, enhance transparency in management, and prepare for its strategy of expanding operations into international markets.

The Human Capital Management (HCM) System implementation project aims to establish a centralized and integrated human resource management platform, progressively digitalizing core functions such as organizational structure and employee profile management, recruitment, contract and personnel decision management, time and attendance management, payroll, performance evaluation, task management, and Employee Self-Service (ESS). Once operational, the system will contribute to standardizing business processes, minimizing manual operations, improving data accuracy, and supporting data-driven management and decision-making based on real-time information.

Sharing his views at the Kick-off Ceremony, Mr. Tran Ngoc Khanh – General Director of OPL Logistics, emphasized that 2026 marks the company’s 10th anniversary of its establishment and development. It is also the time when OPL enters a new phase of development, with greater ambitions in terms of scale, operational capabilities, and market expansion. Accordingly, the company has identified digital transformation, particularly in human resource management, as one of the important factors in realizing its development strategy for the next phase.

Mr. Khanh stated that the HCM project is not simply a technology project, but also represents a shift in OPL Logistics’ management approach. Through the implementation process, the company aims to review, standardize, and redesign processes that are no longer appropriate, with the goal of building a management model that is more flexible, transparent, and better able to adapt to organizational changes.

Alongside process standardization, OPL Logistics is also prepared to invest in technology infrastructure to ensure stable system deployment, enable integration with existing platforms, and meet future expansion needs. The company also places high requirements on the system’s multilingual support capabilities, thereby creating a foundation for its strategy of expanding operations into international markets in the coming years.

For SiciX Technology, the project is an opportunity for its team of experts to accompany the company in building a modern, data-driven human resource management model and increasing the level of digitalization in operations. With an Agile/Scrum implementation methodology and experience in delivering numerous digital transformation projects for businesses, the SiciX team will work closely with OPL Logistics’ business departments throughout every stage, from requirements gathering, analysis, design, development and testing to training and system deployment. According to the plan, the project will be implemented through the stages of requirements survey and collection, analysis and design, system development and configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, data migration, and is expected to officially go live by the end of December 2026.

The Kick-off Ceremony reaffirmed the commitment to cooperation between SiciX and OPL Logistics in leveraging technology to enhance enterprise management capabilities. With close coordination between the two parties throughout each stage of implementation, the HCM project is expected to contribute to standardizing data, optimizing business processes, improving the effectiveness of human resource management and creating an additional foundation for OPL Logistics’ digital transformation journey.

The SiciX Technology and OPL Logistics Project Implementation Teams are committed to working closely together to ensure the Human Capital Management (HCM) System project is delivered on schedule and achieves its defined objectives.
