During the registration process, Customers are required to create administrator credentials, including a username and password.
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and are fully liable for all activities performed through their accounts.
Depending on the subscribed service plan, Customers may create User Accounts for their employees. The maximum number of User Accounts is determined by the selected subscription package.

Any decision made by SiciX Technology, including suspension or termination of the disputed account, shall be final and binding upon all parties.
