With heartfelt generosity and volunteer spirit, the company’s representative team personally delivered the support collected by the company to disadvantaged families in Sàng Ma Sáo commune, Bát Xát district, Lào Cai province.
Sàng Ma Sáo is a particularly disadvantaged mountainous commune in Bát Xát district, Lào Cai. Although it is a scenic location in the Northwest region and has received infrastructure investments to improve accessibility, living conditions in some villages remain very difficult. Harsh weather, limited arable land, and water shortages continue to restrict the daily lives of local residents.
With the desire to provide support, even if modest compared to the needs of Sàng Ma Sáo residents, and to demonstrate care and a spirit of sharing, SiciX Technology officially launched the fundraising campaign for the “Sharing to Connect 2023” charity program on October 10, 2023.
After more than half a month of communications and fundraising, the organizing committee received a large number of donations, including household items, books, clothes, and monetary contributions totaling 16,600,000 VND, generously donated by SiciX employees.
The donated items, clothes, and books were packed into 20 packages, along with newly purchased items such as essential goods and warm jackets, and delivered directly to 35 disadvantaged households in Sàng Ma Sáo commune.
The smiles, grateful eyes, and words of thanks from the local people inspired the team to overcome all difficulties related to roads and weather. The heartfelt words from the residents surely moved the volunteers, motivating them to continue spreading love and support to even more disadvantaged people, and to contribute their compassion to society.
The organizing committee of the “Sharing to Connect 2023” charity program sincerely thanks all SiciX employees who generously contributed. The collective efforts of SiciXers have spread love and compassion, making SiciX’s charity activities meaningful and fostering a sense of unity within the young company through socially impactful initiatives.
