Internal Training – March: Project Implementation Methodology at SiciX

Based on practical needs from ongoing projects and the company’s continuous commitment to strengthening the professional capabilities of its team, on the morning of March 3, 2026, SiciX organized an internal training session titled “Project Implementation Methodology.”

The session featured Ms. Tran Thi Luu – Deputy CEO of Bzisoft – as the guest speaker, with the participation of numerous SiciX Technology team members across various roles, including PM, BA, Developer, QA, IT Support, Pre-sales, and Operations.

Standardization for Effective and Sustainable Implementation

As digital transformation projects become increasingly complex, selecting and applying the appropriate implementation methodology plays a crucial role in determining project timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.

During the session, the speaker systematically reviewed common methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid, while also analyzing key criteria for selecting the most suitable model for each type of project—based on factors such as requirement stability, contractual constraints, technical scope, and risk level.

Beyond theoretical concepts, the discussion went deeper into a standardized implementation process, covering stages from project preparation, FIT/GAP analysis, development and testing, to data migration and Go-Live. Key deliverables such as analysis documents, UAT minutes, data migration checklists, and approval mechanisms were emphasized as essential “control points” to minimize risks.

Managing Risks from the Smallest Details

One of the topics that attracted significant attention was the data migration and pre–Go-Live testing process. According to the speaker, verifying data at least twice and obtaining confirmation from Key Users are critical factors in preventing errors during real-world operations.

Additionally, communication and reporting mechanisms among stakeholders—including the Steering Committee, PMs, business teams, and technical teams—were clarified to avoid overlapping information or delays in addressing emerging issues.

Through practical examples and real project scenarios, the session helped the team review current implementation processes while identifying areas that require further standardization and improvement.

Towards Comprehensive Professionalization

The training session focused on three core objectives:

  • Standardizing implementation methodologies suitable for different types of projects
  • Establishing processes and data-control checklists to minimize risks during Go-Live
  • Enhancing communication efficiency and approval mechanisms among relevant departments

This was not only a knowledge-sharing session but also a concrete step in building a professional, well-coordinated implementation team with a strong systems-thinking mindset.

Organizing internal professional development training sessions like this has long been a highlight of the working culture at SiciX. Continuous learning, standardization, and improvement are key to how SiciX maintains project quality and delivers on its commitments to customers.

In the coming period, the company will continue to introduce more in-depth training programs, creating opportunities for each team member not only to perform their current roles effectively but also to grow sustainably in their professional journey at SiciX.
