Payment Policy and Methods

When agreeing to use SiciX’s software products and services, customers are required to make payment before the product handover. We offer three payment methods as follows:

1. Online Payment

Customers can choose one of the following online payment options:

  • Domestic cards: applicable for customers who wish to pay via Internet Banking or online payment services offered by Vietnamese banks.

  • E-wallet (Ngân Lượng): applicable for customers who prefer payment via e-wallets or online payment gateways.

  • International cards: applicable for customers using international cards such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.

2. Bank Transfer

Customers purchasing SiciX products or services can transfer payment to the following account:

  • Account Number: 19038298916019

  • Bank: Techcombank – Hoang Quoc Viet Branch

  • Payment description: [Customer’s Company Name] – Payment for Contract/PO No. [number] dated [dd/mm/yyyy]

3. Cash Payment

For transactions with a total value under 20,000,000 VND, customers may choose to pay in cash directly to SiciX’s sales representative.

Please note that customers should only make cash payments to SiciX staff who can present:

  • An official authorization letter from SiciX confirming the collection, or a receipt voucher (with company stamp and stated amount);

  • A SiciX employee card and personal ID card matching the name stated in the authorization letter.

Important Notice

After making payment via bank transfer or online payment, customers are kindly requested to contact SiciX’s Sales Department (see contact information below) to confirm the transaction. SiciX will verify the payment and proceed with product delivery accordingly.
