SiciX Business Analyst Team Participates in Internal Training on the Product Ecosystem

On March 12, 2026, at the SiciX office, the company organized an internal training session for the Business Analyst (BA) team to update their knowledge and strengthen their understanding of the SiciX product ecosystem.

The training session was delivered by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy Hang – Senior Advisor of SiciX Technology, focusing on helping the BA team gain a clear understanding of the platform architecture, the components within the product ecosystem, and how these elements are applied in business analysis and solution implementation for clients.

Overview of the SiciX Product Ecosystem

During the training session, participants were introduced to an overview of the SiciX product ecosystem, including:

  • SiciX Platform (core) – the core platform that supports the development and operation of applications within the ecosystem

  • SiciX Applications – applications built on the platform to support enterprise management and operational needs

These topics helped the BA team gain a clearer perspective on the connection between the technology platform and the applications within the product ecosystem.

Over nearly 2.5 hours of discussion, the training session went beyond product introduction. It also created opportunities for team members to exchange ideas, ask questions, and discuss real scenarios encountered during project implementation.
