The kick-off ceremony marked an important milestone in GSV’s digitalization journey, with the strategic partnership of SiciX Technology – a pioneer in enterprise management technology solutions.
GS Battery Vietnam (GSV) is a joint venture between GS Yuasa (Japan) and Southern Battery JSC (PINACO). The project focuses on developing an integrated sales and warehouse management system connected with SAP, aimed at digitalizing operational processes and enhancing user experience.
Key features of the eGS solution include:
- Automation of sales and warehouse processes, minimizing manual operations.
- User-friendly interface, enabling order tracking, promotional banner display, and direct invoice printing.
- Real-time inventory and order management, synchronized with SAP, while allowing manual updates when needed.
- Smart sales features, including promotion suggestions, automatic order processing, and flexible order modification or cancellation.
- Dynamic reporting and configuration tools, with role-based access by region, and management of product categories, customers, warehouses, employees, and promotions.
- Non-functional strengths such as high performance, data security, scalability, and easy maintenance.
