To ensure customers fully understand each product, it is essential that employees themselves have a thorough understanding of every product detail, particularly sales staff who directly introduce these products to clients.
Recognizing this need, the “SiciX Product Training” program was conducted with the participation of 14 employees from various departments, guided by internal trainers with deep expertise in SiciX products.
The training sessions were scheduled to fit employees’ work routines and offered online access for those unable to attend in person. During the sessions, participants explored the knowledge, features, and operating mechanisms of each SiciX product. Additionally, valuable feedback from participants was collected and incorporated by the trainers to refine the products and ensure the most complete solutions reach customers.
The training environment was dynamic and engaging, with continuous discussions and exchanges. Soft skills such as presentation, critical thinking, and creativity were also strengthened directly through the internal training sessions. Feedback collected after the program confirmed that the SiciX Product Training was highly effective, providing in-depth, practical knowledge about each product and promising continuous improvements to deliver more complete solutions to customers.
Understanding the importance of training programs, SiciX will continue to organize similar training courses to further enhance employee knowledge and drive the growth and development of SiciX Technology.
