Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Huy Dung informed at the Vietnam Information Technology – Communication High-Level Forum 2020 organized by the Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (Vinasa), the Informatics Department. He also believes that developing a digital platform is a breakthrough solution to promote faster digital transformation, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

“ Ministries, branches and localities, urgently propose to promulgate E-Government Architecture version 2.0, paying attention to the harmonious combination between centralization and dispersion. Ministries, sectoral and local scale platforms need to be deployed centrally. Applications and services can be deployed distributed ,” emphasized Deputy Minister Nguyen Huy Dung.

According to Mr. Dung, digital transformation will only be successful if the entire population participates. That is, digital technology and digital services must be universal, along with safety and network security services that are also popular, which means that they are cheap, easy to use, and convenient for everyone.
