Following the Kickoff event held on April 17, 2026, the project titled “Development of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Data Lakehouse, and Business Intelligence (BI) Management Reporting System” between SiciX and Vinacomin Mining Chemical Industry Holding Corporation Limited (Micco) has officially entered the implementation phase.

This is one of Micco’s key projects within its strategy to accelerate digital transformation, aiming to modernize technology infrastructure and enhance data governance capabilities across the organization. As the mining and chemical industry increasingly requires precise, transparent, and real-time operational management, investing in a centralized data platform is no longer merely a trend but an essential requirement.
Data Platform – The “Backbone” of Digital Transformation for Industrial Enterprises
In alignment with the digital transformation orientation of Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group, member units such as Micco are gradually building data-driven management ecosystems, prioritizing:
- Standardization and centralization of data from distributed systems
- Enhancement of interoperability and connectivity among operational software systems
- Application of data analytics and BI to support decision-making
Investing in a data platform not only improves operational efficiency but also creates long-term competitive advantages throughout the enterprise digital transformation journey.
Overall Architecture: ESB – Data Lakehouse – BI
The project implemented by SiciX is designed in close alignment with Micco’s strategic orientation, comprising three core components:
- ESB (Enterprise Service Bus): Acts as the integration backbone connecting existing systems, ensuring seamless and synchronized data flow across operational software platforms.
- Data Lakehouse: Combines the advantages of both Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures, enabling large-scale, multi-structured data storage while supporting flexible analytics capabilities.
- BI (Business Intelligence): Provides multidimensional management reporting, data visualization, and supports leadership teams in making fast and accurate decisions.
From Kickoff to Implementation: Focusing on Efficiency and Synchronization
After completing the project initiation phase and agreeing on the implementation approach, the project has moved into its first execution stages, including system assessment, requirement gathering, and data standardization.
The project focuses on ensuring:
- Synchronization among operational systems
- Scalability and future integration capabilities
- Practical applicability in operations and management
The direct involvement of the leadership teams from both parties from the early stages demonstrates the project’s high strategic priority while establishing a foundation for close coordination throughout the implementation process.
Expected to Build a Long-Term Foundation for Data Governance
Beyond system development, the project is expected to help Micco gradually establish comprehensive data governance capabilities, from data collection and processing to value extraction. This will also serve as a critical foundation for more advanced initiatives such as predictive analytics, operational optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
For SiciX, the project further reinforces its capabilities in implementing complex data and integration systems for industrial enterprises — environments that require high standards of stability, security, and customization based on specific operational characteristics.
The project has officially entered the implementation phase, marking an important milestone in Micco’s digital transformation journey. With a modern technology foundation and close collaboration between both parties, the project is expected to become a representative model for building data ecosystems for industrial enterprises in Vietnam.
