On August 5, 2026, SiciX and Vaalbara Biotech officially launched the VABG–APP Tissue Bank Management System project, marking the beginning of a digital transformation initiative to build a modern tissue sample management platform. The project aims to standardize operational processes, enhance data traceability, and optimize service quality.

Vaalbara Biotech operates in the manufacturing of medical devices and cosmetics, while also conducting research and developing biotechnology solutions for healthcare and medical applications. As part of its long-term development strategy, the company has identified digital transformation as a key foundation for modernizing management practices, improving operational efficiency, and meeting increasingly stringent requirements for data governance.
The VABG–APP project is designed to fully digitize tissue sample data, manage the entire tissue sample processing lifecycle, and provide fast and accurate information retrieval for technicians as well as customers. The system will also integrate barcode technology throughout the entire management process to improve accuracy, minimize operational errors, and strengthen data traceability.
Developed for both Web and Mobile platforms, the system will provide flexible management capabilities anytime and anywhere. The project scope includes modules for system administration, customer management, tissue sample and barcode management, tissue processing workflow management, integration with barcode printing and scanning devices, and mobile applications for employees, technicians, and customers.
The platform will serve as a key foundation for Vaalbara Biotech to standardize business processes, enhance management efficiency, and support its future development.
